• Organizer account data — name, email, phone, and organization/event name provided when you sign up or submit an inquiry.
• Voter data — minimal information needed to cast and verify a vote (e.g. device information, IP address) used for duplicate and fraud detection. Since votes on Vota Vote are paid, this also includes payment confirmation data.
• Payment data — payment details are processed directly by our payment gateway partners. Vota Vote does not store raw card numbers or CVV codes.
• Contact form submissions — name, email, and message content submitted through our contact form.

How We Use Information

• To operate voting pages, verify votes, and prevent duplicate or fraudulent activity.
• To process payments for paid votes through our payment gateway partners.
• To respond to inquiries submitted through our contact or sign-up forms.
