Agreement to Terms

By creating an event, casting a vote, or otherwise using Vota Vote, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

Paid Voting

Votes on Vota Vote are paid. Voters purchase votes through supported local and international payment methods. All payments are processed by our third-party payment gateway partners; Vota Vote does not directly handle or store raw payment card details.

• Once a vote has been cast using purchased points or credits, it cannot be reversed or refunded, except where required by law or in cases of a failed or duplicate payment.
• Organizers are responsible for clearly communicating their event's voting rules (e.g. one vote, daily vote, points, judge scoring, or hybrid) to their voters.

Organizer Responsibilities

• Organizers must provide accurate event and contact information when creating an account.
• Organizers are responsible for the content they upload (contestant photos, videos, biographies) and must have the right to use and display it.
• Organizers must not use the platform for events that are illegal, fraudulent, or intended to deceive voters.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to attempt to manipulate vote counts outside the rules of an event (e.g. using bots, multiple fake identities, or exploiting technical vulnerabilities), and not to interfere with the security features described on our Security page.

Service Availability

We aim to keep voting pages available and responsive during active events, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance or unforeseen technical issues may occasionally affect availability.

Limitation of Liability

Vota Vote is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, Vota Vote is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform, including disputes over event outcomes.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
